At Legacy House Consulting & Co., we are committed to providing quality services that meet your needs. Due to the nature of consulting, coaching, and personalized services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If services are canceled by Legacy House Consulting & Co. without delivery.

• If there is a clear failure to deliver services as agreed upon in writing.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once payment is received:

• Consulting sessions and coaching packages after the first session has been completed.

• Customized work products, deliverables, or digital resources.

• Event tickets and registration fees unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least30 days before the scheduled service or event to be eligible for a partial refund or credit, as specified in the service agreement.
