All content, materials, and deliverables created by Legacy House Consulting & Co. remain the intellectual property of Legacy House unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.

We respect your privacy and agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our work, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy House Consulting & Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for services already rendered.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
